The square root of 85 is 9.2, so you could use just what is here to make a quilt top 9 blocks across each way that would measure approximately 81" wide (assuming you use 1/4" seams) and have 4 left over. You could also make 5 more coordinating blocks and make a quilt 9 blocks across and 10 blocks down, roughly 81" x 90".
